3 Board Member At-Large Directors (Two directors with 4-year terms and One director with a 2-year partial term)

District V: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

District IX: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota

District XI: Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska

District XV: Idaho, Montana, Wyoming

District XVII: Alaska, Oregon, Washington
