TIME COMMITMENT
Before completing the application to be a judge, please check your schedule/calendar and confirm that you are available to be a judge during the judging event in its entirety, including the discussion meetings held on the Saturday.

Wednesday, February 18 | 7pm EST Web Based Call with Video/Access to Round II Projects (call will be recorded) |
Judges must read and be prepared to discuss the Top projects from the February 18 refreshed list on Saturday, February 28.
Note: Failure to participate in the judging discussions will forfeit honoraria for work related to the Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision Judging Panel

Note: Potential judges with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. have the opportunity for an in-person judging event held on Sunday, March 1.
